Thank you for your prompt answer. :) In synaptic, i found these and removed them:
libmysqlclient18 libqt4-sql-mysql mysql-common libt4-sql-mysql:i386 libmysqlclient18:i386 My knowledge is poor, but i do have a little bit of experience in mysql thru apache and my webserver. I really don't understand where they come from. especialy the i386 ones, since i'm runnig a 64 bit system... Na well... all gone. I must confess i've become specialy alert to this type of activity, since my UbuStu 12.04 started to sporadically ask me for admin password without any apparent reason, in a pop up window. However, i'm more of an upload person and defo no warez dude so, it should be fine. *Set On 11/06/2012 04:48 PM, Mike Holstein wrote: > On Tue, Nov 6, 2012 at 10:27 AM, Set Hallstrom > <sakrec...@gmail.com <mailto:sakrec...@gmail.com>> wrote: > > Hi, > > Today i got a software update for mysql-client.
