you could do a little bit of homework on your own and next time at
least mention what version of software you are using.

By a package search you would get the information about all hard and
all optional dependencies. Optional dependencies are called
"recommends", "suggests".

The manual page for apt will explain you how to automatically install
all dependencies. "--install-suggests", recommends are installed by
default.

But first off all, take a look at the Ubuntu and/or at the KDE
bugtracker/s, perhaps there's an open ticket such as this one
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=345174 .
