Sugar is opening in fullscreen mode when I set the screen resolution to
640x480 (Running Maverick). Besides, the -f option will always run
xserver-xephyr in full-screen mode, which is an unexcepted behaviour (If
I wanted to run Sugar in full-screen mode, I would start it via gdm).
