I think images can attract user to look into the ubuntu-tour. The mockup is good. With some add-on images would simplify the explanation and clearer view. My 2 cents. I maintain that the case where a person is running Ubuntu Tour for the first time will probably be a little stressful for them and they really risk getting information overload. Bombarding them could put them off.
