A recent update of the tour included a popup that occurs when the Software Center is not running when the tour discusses it. I find this popup annoying, especially because it halted me from getting to the page I want. As stated in the bug report, I think if such a notification exists, it shouldn't be quite as in the user's face. Perhaps use the bug report to comment, I'm just sending this to the mailing list to put it out there. -Alex
