How are we going to be packaging the screenshots, in a tarball or a deb? A deb would be easier for updates, since it loops into the repository framework. However, we can't determine what language pack we need with a dependancy (I don't think, correct me if we can do that in ./debian/control), we'd have to make the tour run sudo apt-get install ubuntu-tour-media-langcode - which means figuring out if apt is in use or not.
