Did you try the "Contact me" link on the page I mentioned? It's a mailto
link. Are you saying that users.sourceforge.net is down, or is the
server it forwards to down?

For several reasons. The language-pack- packages are automatically
created from selected packages in the main pocket of the Ubuntu archive.
The mo files of xarchiver, which is in the universe pocket, are part of
the xarchiver package.

  Source code - 'xarchiver-zh_CN.po' is provided for references. Hope
