That's correct. The reason is that the template was deactivated by
mistake. I fixed that last Thursday, but it was after the export
happened which the latest language packs are based on.

So I think this is under control, and that the translations will
reappear at next update of the language packs at the end of the week. So
closing this bug. (If you don't see the translations after next language
pack update, please file a new bug against ubuntu-translations.)
