Přejmenování "Software & Aktualizace"

Bug description:
Aplikace "Software & Aktualizace" je sice historicky takto pojmenována
v českých vydáních Ubuntu již někdy od cca 10.04, bohužel se však
nejedná o příliš kvalitní překlad. Pokud se budeme držet zásad
překladu ostatních GNOME a Ubuntu aplikací, měla by se aplikace
jmenovat "Software a aktualizace".

Případně v dalších komponentách, na které jsem zapomenul.
Pro obě výše zmíněné komponenty jsem již zaslal návrhy překladu,
jelikož již však nejsem členem překladatelské skupiny, bude nutné
překlad schválit. Tímto tedy prosím o kontrolu a schválení překladu, a
následně uzavření tohoto ticketu. Děkuji!
