We've had a few minor issues with bad Norwegian translations in Rosetta,
and at least in one case the upstream translation was apparently
overridden. So I'm wondering: If a string is first translated in Rosetta,
then in upstream, which takes precedence? I'm assuming that the upstream
translation is imported regularly.
