GNOME does a lot of 2.23.x alpha/beta releases, which we promptly
upload to intrepid as well. Thus their translations immediately land
in Rosetta's import queue.

The reason why the intrepid langpacks are currently so exceptionally
incomplete and bad is the huge backlog of imports/unapproved domains.
This problem is currently being discussed already.
