We (the Galician team) have just the same problem: we are interested in
having the Galician translation of Firefox in Intrepid, but we have not
found the correct steps to upload the official Firefox translation to
Launchpad (uploading the .xpi or the converted .po does not work).
Please see the thread (May 2008) in [1]. Any help will be appreciated.
