I think that "evolution-data-server" for Jaunty is only the LP template name for "evolution-data-server-2.26" domain. You can find this in the template details: infohttps://translations.edge.launchpad.net/ubuntu/jaunty/+source/evolution-data-server/+pots/evolution-data-server In Launchpad a translation has a URI friendly name and a domain name. In most cases the template name and template domain are the same.
