Hi translators, During translation of Internet template I found incorrect link under Section 9.3.3 IRC instant messaging in "Install xchat-gnome package". When you click this link in help page you should be able to install this package, but because of missing "apt:" inside of ulink tag, you will see error instead.
I already reported this to bugtracker (see https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ubuntu-docs/+bug/356933). You should change it also in your translation templates.
