Hi all, I'd like to announce that the priorities of translation templates in Launchpad have now been set for Karmic according to the classification below:
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Translations/TemplatesPriority#Priority%20policy This means that from now on templates which are considered more important to focus on for translation will be shown further up in the global list of Ubuntu templates. You can see the end result in the new ordering of templates here: https://translations.launchpad.net/ubuntu/karmic If you'd like to tweak any of the priorities (e.g. if you think a certain package should be given more or less priority and appear further up or down in the list), please let us know here and the Ubuntu Translations Coordinators [1] team will be able to quickly modify them if there is consensus. The next list of priorites to be set will be for Lucid, and then we can perhaps look at the previous releases. Regards, David.
