Thanks for the heads up Milo. I've had a quick chat with Colin Watson and what happened was that the automatic part of importing translations and updating templates had not been working properly, and after fixing that, templates being stuck for a while in the imports queue and not being imported until now. The important strings that have been definitely introduced were those in partman-ext3 and grub-installer.
