Hi Sveinn,

If Icelandic is already supported in Ubuntu, there shouldn't be any
necessary step.

What I'd recommend, though, is to file a bug against libreoffice,
requesting the addition of the Icelandic translation package, as it
seems to be missing. You can file it here:
