Hi Jógvan, The first thing you'll need to do is to create a team for translating Ubuntu. There are several translation groups for different translations purposes in Launchpad. The biggest groups are: * Launchpad Translators - to translate all software hosted in Launchpad, which does not need to be related to Ubuntu * Ubuntu Translators - to translate Ubuntu and Ubuntu-specific software Each group has got their policies. You've created a team to be included in the Launchpad Translators group, but if you want to translate Ubuntu, you'll need to create a team for the _Ubuntu_ Translators group. Here's how you can create a team and start translating Ubuntu into Faroese: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Translations/KnowledgeBase/StartingTeam Regards, David. -- David Planella Ubuntu Translations Coordinator www.ubuntu.com / www.davidplanella.wordpress.com www.identi.ca/dplanella / www.twitter.com/dplanella
