It was a problem on my end, sorry. You should have now received an
e-mail to accept the share. You should now be able to upload files,
either from the desktop or from the web.
As per the Ubuntu One issue on your Lucid desktop, you can try asking on
IRC on the #ubuntuone channel. The guys there are usually quite helpful
with all the issues.
