Hey,

I want to suggest to make the Ubuntu Community wiki,
https://help.ubuntu.com/community , available for translation.

What you think about that?

Should we report that bug?

Hi,

It is not hard to translate something, it is hard to maintain the actual state of translation. Without some sustainable translation system (wiki extension) one-time translations do not make sense. They will always be outdated at least for one development cycle.

On the other hand, wiki extension needs maintenance efforts and Canonical cannot even invest resources into the development and maintenance of it's own Rosetta/Launchpad, so this should be something from community itself.

Wikipedia shows the other way. If you want to give some documentation on your native language, just give it. It is not necessary to translate it from English.

Just my 5 cents.

Best regards,
Yuri
