Hi Simos, Language packs are automatically uploaded twice a week during the development cycle, except during the weeks where there is an archive freeze in place (as in this week's Beta 2 freeze). During the freeze period automatic uploads are disabled and there are no new language packs uploaded. This cycle we've started generating them a bit later than usual, but the schedule still applies.
