The .pot file has not been updated yet, but we would like to update it, as the above noted change does eliminate some obsolete material and introduces good information on virtualization. As far as I can tell, which might be incorrect, only the French, Italian, and Spanish versions of the raring, 13.04, serverguide have been modified since the translations were setup on Saturday. I will update the .pot file in the main branch in the next couple of hours. It can take up to several more hours for various launchpad translation string files to auto update.
