If no text appears in Russian, then this is a bug, and you can file a bug report. For example, can you type Russian in the Dash; Does searching work whether the text is lower/upper case? See a similar bug report at https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/unity/+bug/993750 If you notice a bug for Russian, then most probably it happens for Greek as well, thus add here the bug report that you created.
