It's fine that you have 'ru' and technically it is better than 'ru_RU'.

There have been cases that apps do not set correctly the environment
variables and do not load translations as a result. If no text appears in
Russian, then this is a bug, and you can file a bug report.
For example, can you type Russian in the Dash; Does searching work whether
the text is lower/upper case?

If you notice a bug for Russian, then most probably it happens for Greek as
