It loos like you added a bunch of strings to the template a few hours
ago (there are now 24 strings), so lots of translation teams still have
8 or 9 strings left to translate :-)
About the issues with the approbations, I think the project in LP is
right (Group: Launchpad translators & Structured), ping me if it could
be better.
