Suppose you mean 16.04... The deadline for the original release has obviously passed, but since Ubuntu 16.04 is an LTS, there will be a number of coordinated translation updates going forward, It means that you can keep translating to Indonesian (and all other languages) in Xenial, and it can be available through updates.
