Also, is there any deadline for including new lang packs in new LTS
releases?
I'm not aware of a specific such deadline. We are in "feature freeze",
but I think (i.e. not a promise) that it would be possible to have it
approved and accomplished for 22.04. But with that goal you are in a
hurry. ;)
