It's not really necessary. The "Guidelines" column is intended for
separate info/instructions besides what's already on the team page. Btw,
please note that you can edit the description at the team page if needed.

Yes, but not yet. As I mentioned on IRC a few weeks ago, we apply a 5%
barrier. So please wait with that until 5% of the strings shown at
<https://translations.launchpad.net/ubuntu/jammy/+lang/ab> are shown
translated.
