Regarding Adolfo's request: Weblate has an ACL feature so it can be
prevented if configured correctly yet requires some manual work.
The Hebrew language for the Weblate project contains about half the
components that need translation so it's going to be quite frustrating for
the end user, what can I do to enable translation for all components? (I've
already requested App Center over a week ago).
