Has anyone got any advice on the pros and cons of Mambo, Joomla and
Drupal? I need to pick one!

I LOVE drupal. It's extremely powerful. It doesn't have a graphical setup yet like mambo, but simply a matter of uploading files to the server and uploading the database tables.
I've used both, and have easily swayed to drupal.
The support is pretty decent on their forums if you get stuck, and there's a HUGE wealth of modules to install and use.
I'm perfectly happy helping with this if it gets used.
