What level of users? People "interested in ubuntu" or people who just plain

The Ubuntu magazine people are fairly vague on that. I'd imagine new
users who want to learn more about Ubuntu as a tool, but aren't
necessarily interested in FOSS or the commuinity.

My brother and my wife are "users" of Ubuntu. They know nothing about the
inner workings, to them it's basically an appliance. Is that the kind of
target?

Yeah, sounds about right to me.
