That's interesting because his ISP is Pipex... my ISP is UKOnline... it 
was Pipex that we tested on.. as you say we were both using their settings.

So, encrypted torrent... is that something that one can switch on for 
any p2p traffic or is that specialist torrents? The one that we did the 
testing on where he was getting great speed was the infamous Pirate Bay...
