I'm not sure exactly what to say in a complaint though. And also flooding them with official complaints about open formats could be counter productive, anyone have any ideas about the best way to communicate with the BBC about these kinds of topics. We really need a way to show them that there are large number of us that care about open formats, and also a much larger number of people who may not have ethical concerns with propriety formats, but whose use of their website is restricted because they use an OS where the use of the propriety software the site currently requires can be difficult.
