You previously showed that your resolv.conf had your modem as the first nameserver with your ISPs DNS servers as second and third. Could you try moving the modem's IP to after the ISPs nameservers in your resolv.conf then restarting your web browser. -- Tristan Any opinion expressed is mine (or else I'm playing devils advocate for the sake of a good argument).
