hoio,cheers for quick reply.it's a ultrasparc 5 i bought on ebay for couple of
pounds.the keyboard is oldfashioned 5pin and the ubuntu server version is the
7.04.downloaded it recently.in the setup programm you can choose between 2 sun
keyboards.i did obviously try both though i got a type 5d keyboard.no
result.what do i wrong?

What version of Ubuntu server?
What connection is the keyboard, ps2, usb or old keyoard 5 pin?
