I've never actually used Elisa so this might be rubbish but previous
posts have said you need to change the line*:
locations = []
to indicate where things are, so I would expect the change to produce
something along the lines of:
locations = [/media/sdb1/Desktops/Wallpapers]
I would imagine you can specify more than one location within the []
(You can check the docs to see if they need to be separated by spaces,
commas, semi-colons etc.)

specifying the locations of different things, make sure you are
changing the right one.
