Hi folks,

I've just reinstalled Ubuntu 7.10 after a PC hardware failure. I'm
trying to install Samba and I'm getting the following from apt:

Err http://security.ubuntu.com gutsy-security/main smbclient
3.0.26a-1ubuntu2.1
   403 Forbidden
Err http://security.ubuntu.com gutsy-security/main samba-common

--fix-missing?

I've managed to connect to security.ubuntu.com and download the
individual samba packages (but the previous 3.0.26a-1-ubuntu2_i386
versions).

I just wonder if anyone else had seen this problem?

I take it where it comes up with the 403 Forbidden error it means it's
at the server end?

Rob
