Not quite like that, but EvoHosting (http://evohosting.co.uk/) runs CentOS on their servers and you can install various open source software through CPanel, their administrative interface. I use them, and am v. happy with their service. You could consider UKFSN (www.ukfsn.org) too, as they raise money for OSS. But avoid Fasthosts - they're incompetent. And that's going to be my .sig until they get their act together vis-a-vis one of my clients.
