Do you mean rules and perm files for udev? Device::UBS (libdevice-usb-perl) is not packaged for Ubuntu, you can find it here: http://search.cpan.org/~gwadej/Device-USB-0.21/lib/Device/USB.pm Installing that would help with the above.
