To be honest, I think that if I pay my ISP a reasonable amount (£25 atm), as long as I don't take the micky with the amount I download, I should be able to utilise whichever services I require. I'm still shaped heavily despite spending all that cash and transferring less than 10 Gig a month (usually around 6). That aint fair! Chris
