Thanks Chris, I've managed to unlock my Vonage box which I'm hoping I 
can use with Asterisk and SIPGate (with Asterisk being in the middle 
between them).  So far looking at the settings on the Vonage box I've 
just got completely confused so I think I might need some assistance.
