I know someone (my old boss actually) who is into amateur radio (I guess it's a part of being a broadcast engineer for a radio company ;-) so I'll see if he knows anything about these events. I do remember him mentioning about going to an event in Dartmoor.
We've been discussing on our local LUG about putting together a computer fair (on a smaller scale) so I wonder if maybe the folks who arrange the event in Dartmoor might be able to advise about things like insurance and venue costs.
