Yes, ABP seems to be fine, but I had also installed something called Flash Block, which was supposed to make all embedded flash objects clickable, and was OK by itself but conflicted with the SWFdec add-on. It just shows, never add anything unless you have a good reason.
While I'm posting, let me mention something completely different - the latest version of Evolution Email client seems to require me to have a crypto keyring logged on all the time, which the previous one didn't.
