Yeah, it does. It looks as though you have broken packages, so if you
open a terminal (Accessories > Terminal) and run the following command,
you should then be able to upgrade normally:

sudo apt-get install -f

This could remove some essential packages, so if you reply with anything
apt-get says it's going to remove before you press y to upgrade, it will
be useful.
