My objection was to the "apologies for top posting" thing... it shows that he knows it is an issue, yet does nothing about it.
Clearly he has never tried to read an e-mail list on "Daily Digest" where people top post by default... you get the first post, then below it the second post then the first again, then on the third you get it, the second quoted and the third quoted and so on until you find you get a 500 LINE "Digest" with about 5 messages in it... If they are making phones that "make it impossible to not top post" then "they" should be told of their mistake... are you saying the iPhone does this, because if it does my friend Hugo is in charge of that particular development at Apple in California and I can ask him for his views on it... as somebody who has been on mailing lists, like me, for years I think I can safely say that Hugo will say "no it doesn't, they're just being lazy". So... will he? Or will he say "mea culpa, the phone I designed is rubbish isn't it hahaha" <-- methinks not!
