My TV isn't a smart TV, but it is already running Linux - I noticed the GPL license on one of the help screens when I got it! I assume with the built in TV guides, etc. it needs a little more guts to the OS used, and given that it can use iPlayer direct from the TV using Freesat and an ethernet connection a cut down Linux made things easier. -- Paul Tansom | Aptanet Ltd. | http://www.aptanet.com/ | 023 9238 0001 ====================================================================== Registered in England | Company No: 4905028 | Registered Office: Crawford House, Hambledon Road, Denmead, Waterlooville, Hants, PO7 6NU -- [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-uk https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UKTeam/
