Fossbox http://www.fossbox.org.uk/ do that kind of thing. Canonical
don't really have a training centre as such, they do have some online
courses.

2 days a week is part time :)
training isn't generally massively well paid, I am sure she is doing a
great job and people feel more comfortable knowing they have support.
