I guess that relates to them being such a relatively small company, which does have significant benefits too of course. When I needed temporary use of Ubuntu stuff in the past, I was at that time, quickly loaned a 2 meter high Ubuntu roll up free standing banner. On another occasion, I did get a rapid response to a one-off urgent request I had for marketing.
