Whatever has been updated automatically from the basic server install, so:

Linux blue 3.2.0-67-virtual #101-Ubuntu SMP Tue Jul 15 18:25:18 UTC 2014 i686
i686 i386 GNU/Linux

on my VPS, which as I understand it isn't impacted by this since the changes
are for hardware support (although it may be nice to be able to upgrade the
kernel on virtualised environments too)

and:

Linux humpback 3.2.0-67-generic #101-Ubuntu SMP Tue Jul 15 17:46:11 UTC 2014
x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

on my bare bones hardware.

Both or which as I understand the chart [1] are the best supported for a
12.04LTS system unless you upgrade to the lts-trusty package (v3.13) which
doesn't appear to have any link to the linux-image-server package that looks to
be providing updates at the moment.
