Dropbox gives you 2GB of space for free, and Google Drive gives you
15GB for free.

This is an example that seems to fit your bill. I haven't used it but
there are a few out there it seems.
So, you would get a full website/blogging system with the additional
functionality that you need ready for branding. All for free, and open
source ;)
Sounds good. I am currently tinkering with owncloud, which also looks
like a great system.
