ToriOS does,  the team is working on the beta right now so when that
is available an announcement will be made.

Granted this is not a Ubuntu spin but it is based on 12.04,  but will
also be minimal enough so you can install the software you need / want
and not have to worry about other stuff getting in the way too much.
